By placing an order with Two Knots Assistance, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Correct Pack Selection
- It is the parent/guardian’s responsibility to ensure that the correct stationery pack is ordered for the correct grade (the grade the child will be entering in 2026).
- Packs cannot be exchanged or refunded, as contents and pricing differ per grade.
- Name & Surname for Labels
- Each pack includes a set of free stationery labels.
- The name and surname entered at checkout will be copied exactly as provided.
- Please check spelling carefully; reprints due to errors will be charged for.
- Stationery Pack Contents
- The contents of each pack are based on the school’s stationery requirements for 2026.
- While we strive to match lists as accurately as possible, some quantities may differ slightly to keep packs affordable while still meeting the child’s needs for the year.
- It is the parent/guardian’s responsibility to check that the listed contents on the invoice align with their school’s list.
- Product Brands & Substitutions
- The brand of certain items may differ from what is listed on the invoice, depending on stock availability.
- Substituted items will always be of equal quality to ensure the same usability and durability.
- Payment Terms
- Stationery packs will only be processed once full payment has been received.
- Payment deadline: 5 December 2025.
- Orders not paid by this date will be cancelled.
- Collection & Delivery
- All stationery packs will be available for collection or delivery during the week of 5-9 January 2026.
- Detailed arrangements regarding collection points and delivery schedules will be communicated closer to the time.
